Helping their community, one yard at a time

Contributed by Bob Brischetto

Members of the Bandera County Trash Cleanup initiative - Barbara Brischetto, Jim Riley, Jerry Riley, Mary Jo Eason, Renee Groot, Rudy Escamilla, Tommy Adams and Denise Beauchemin, helped clean the yard of a disabled Meals on Wheels recipient.
Art Crawford, CEO of the Silver Sage Senior Center, contributed the dumpster and built a pump house. This is the second home of a disabled MOW recipient to be cleared of trash by the initiative, and other homes of disabled MOW recipients are planned.
