26th annual Pet Parade set for July 4 in Bandera City Park

The 26th annual Pet Parade is set for Monday, July 4, at the Bandera City Park. Pets of all sizes, breeds and species are invited to attend and get dressed up in creative costume.
Sponsored by the Cowboy Capital Pet Assistance League, awards will be given for most original, favorite storybook character, most talented pet, look-a-like, best of the wild west and star spangled honors (most patriotic).
Participation is free, whether you’re there in costume or just want to watch the parade. Registration begins at 9 a.m., judging is at 9:30 a.m. and the parade starts at 10 a.m.
