4-H students honored after receiving 4-H Gold Star Award
Bandera County Extension Agent Jessica Faubion presented 4-H students Lauren Meier and Morgan Reinhardt, this year’s Texas 4-H Gold Star Award recipients, during the Sept. 8 Commissioners Court.
The Gold Star Award is the highest achievement award given by the Texas 4-H Youth Development Program, Faubion said, adding it can only be awarded once in a member’s 4-H career.
“You’re to be commended,” County Judge Richard Evans said. “We expect you to come back and take care of things.”
