Christmas festivities planned throughout the county

Bandera’s Riding on Faith Rodeo will host a Toy Drive and Socks For Seniors on Saturday, Dec. 3, at the Mansfield Park Rodeo Arena, during their monthly Barrel Race for the Community.
Contact Karen Konvicka at 830-777-7129 if you wish to donate or bring to the arena on the day of of the barrel race.

Other holiday events scheduled for this month include:
~ Dec. 2: Evening Shoppers Jubilee (4:30-8 p.m.)
~ Dec. 3: Bandera WinterFest at Bandera Middle School (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
~ Dec. 3: Photos with Santa at the General Store (noon to 3 p.m.) and at Vaquero Motel (5-7 p.m.)
~ Dec. 3: Christmas Market Days on the Courthouse Lawn (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
~ Dec. 3: Craft Bazaar & Bake Sale at Post 157 American Legion Auxiliary (9 a.m.)
~ Dec. 3: Christmas Fair & Market at the Silver Sage (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
~ Dec. 4: Medina Community Christmas at the Medina Library (4 p.m.)
~ Dec. 10: Children’s Gingerbread Jingle Bells Christmas Party at the Lakehills Community Center (9:30-11:30 a.m.)
~ Dec. 16-17: Walk Thru Bethlehem at the Lakehills Community Center (5:30-8 p.m.)
~ Dec. 17: Singing in the Saddle and pancakes with Santa - group meets at noon in the City Park.

~ Every Saturday in December, Cowboys on Main at the Bandera County courthouse, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and the Gunfighters at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., at the Visitor’s Center.
