New Location, New Programs and New events

Christian Job Corps Bandera County (CJC Bandera County) has moved to their new location in Lakehills. Lasting Impact Church, formally known as the Lighthouse Church, has welcomed CJC Bandera County into their fellowship space. CJC Bandera County’s new physical location is 10771 PR 37, Lakehills, 78063
CJC Bandera County would like to invite all interested volunteers to their Tea-riffic Volunteer Event Thursday, Feb. 23, from 2-4 p.m., at its new location. There will be tea, nibbles, acknowledgments made, as well as information on all volunteer opportunities this coming season.
CJC Bandera County’s two main programs Pathways (Day Program) and Jumpstart (Evening Program) are set to start March 21, at its new location. Both programs are Christian based curriculum material to assist women of all ages become more educated and empowered when job seeking. The programs also give some understanding of behavioral health and how it affects all aspects of our lives.
CJC Bandera County would also like to invite interested parties to their Monthly Budget Brunch on the last Saturday of every month, starting Feb. 25, at its new Lakehills location. This is one of many monthly events the CJC Bandera County will be establishing in the community.
Christian Job Corps/Christian Women’s Job Corps/Christian Men’s Job Corps is a compassion ministry of Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU), which currently hosts 47 sites in the state of Texas.
