Lakehills Area Library Garden Club hears hosts presentation on Water Catchment Systems Overview

The Lakehills Area Library Garden Club will host a presentation about Water Catchment Systems Overview on Thursday, May 18, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by a question and answer period. The public is invited.
Grainger & Sunn, Rainbees Rainwater Harvesting Consultants, will explain what is involved in designing and installing a rainwater harvesting system that meets a variety of needs - anything from potable water systems for your home, to satisfying the thirst of animals, to emergency stores, to water for gardens and landscaping. Their services are offered to Comal and surrounding county residents without charge--courtesy of the Comal Trinity Groundwater Conservation District.
Presenter Larry Sunn, EdD, is a retired career Marine Captain, and a retired 25-year university professor of statistics and research from the University of Redlands. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Comal Trinity Groundwater Conservation District.
The public is invited to attend this free program. The Lakehills Area Library Garden Club meets at 11 a.m., on the first and third Thursdays of each month. A brief business meeting will precede the presentation.
