Memorial Day Stampede set for last weekend of May
Bandera ProRodeo Association hosts Memorial Day Stampede Rodeos
The Bandera County Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Memorial Day Stampede, Saturday and Sunday, May 27-28.
Saturday morning, the Memorial Day Parade on Main Street will be followed by the Stampede Memorial Day Arts & Crafts Show on the courthouse lawn Saturday and Sunday.
Three nights of Professional Rodeo sanctioned rodeos are set to take place in the historic Mansfield Park Arena. May 26-28, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, the gates will open at 6 p.m., followed by the Grand Entry starting at 8 p.m.
The Bandera Pro Rodeo Memorial Day Stampede Rodeo is the only PRCA rodeo of the year. Produced by RafterG Rodeo, the Stampede is a desired win for professional cowboys across the country.
Ticket prices are $12 for adults, and $6 for children ages 6-12. Active military, veterans with valid ID, and kids 5 years old and under are free.
