Snakes invade the Frontier Times Museum
Snakes galore will be at the Frontier Times Museum’s Reptile Day. The museum welcomes expert snake handler Carl Person, from the Hill Country Reptile Gardens, as he presents Rattlesnakes 101 – Everything you ever wanted to know about rattlesnakes and what to do if you ever in come in contact with these native snakes of Texas.
Along with real rattlesnakes, Person will be showing off a cottonmouth viper and a cobra along with a python that will be available to hold and take a selfie with.
The program will be start at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 17, on the museum grounds and is free with museum admission. The Frontier Times Museum is located at 510 13th Street, Bandera, Texas.
