Medina prepares for Homecoming 2023
Medina ISD’s Homecoming 2023 festivities will begin Thursday, Oct. 5, and culminate in a parade, reunion and dance on Saturday, Oct. 7.
A tailgate party will begin on Thursday, Oct. 5, from 6-7:30 p.m., followed by a community pep rally and lighting of the “M” at 7:30 p.m. Call 830-589-2855 to reserve a spot for the tailgate party.
On Friday, Oct. 6, the Lady Cats will take on Utopia at home on the volleyball court at 4 p.m.; kickoff for Medina JH football versus Prairie Lea is at 5 p.m.; the Homecoming Coronation will take place at 6:30 p.m., followed by MHS football versus Prairie Lea at 7:30 p.m.
On Saturday, Oct. 7, the parade will begin at 10 a.m., followed by an alumni reunion at 11:30 a.m. The Total Eclipse of the Heart Homecoming Dance for students in grades 6-12 will take place from 8-11 p.m.
