Senior Pantry food distribution set for November 9
The next Senior Pantry food distribution will take place Thursday, Nov. 9, from noon-1:30 p.m., at The Way Church, 7789 FM 1283. Applicants must be 55-plus, and may register at the door or ahead of time online.
Covid-19 rules apply. First come, first served. Supplies limited. Each must pick up their own.
Donations of new socks, blankets, and space heaters will be appreciated.
Alamo RC&D, Senior Assistance Program, sponsors the Senior Pantry every month. They seek monetary donations for the purchase of food. Donors can help on the website: alamorcd.org. The organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit so all donations are tax deductible.
