Senior food distribution set for Thursday, Dec. 7, in Lakehills
The next ALAMO RC&D, Senior Assistance Program, food distribution will take place Thursday, Dec. 7, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Applicants must be 55-plus, and may register at the door, or ahead of time online.
Covid-19 rules apply. First come, first served. Supplies limited. Each must pick up their own.
Donations of new socks, blankets, sweaters or jackets, and space heaters will be appreciated.
The Senior Assistance Program, sponsors the Senior Pantry every month, at The Way Church, 7789 FM 1283.
Alamo RC&D seeks monetary donations for the purchase of food. Donors can help on the website: alamorcd.org. The organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit so all donations are tax deductible.
