Bandera baseball team finishes No. 2 seed in Fall League
The Hill Country-Bandera select baseball team finished No. 2 seed in the National Championship Sports Baseball CenTex Elite Fall League, 16U Division.
Rain or shine, from 100-plus-degree scorchers to cold nights with wind-chill factors in the teens, the boys completed the season with six wins, three losses and one tie.
The team is coached by Allen Ottmers, Paul Mangold and Brent Trussell. Players are Jackson Aragones, James Bower, Jaxon Bower, Finian Butler, Benton Cloudt, West Cloudt, Brody Culak, Kenai Jerome, Braydon Lake, Tyler Langbien, Payson Mangold, Khaleb Ortiz and Brady Trussell.
The players are now training for the spring season with Bandera ISD, and surrounding school districts.
