Happy New Year

The Bandera Prophet
For 21 years and counting, my family and I share with you our New Year welcoming.
In 2003, a colleague, friend and fellow photographer asked me to capture the coming year in lights for our newspaper’s front page lead art. What began as a professional challenge evolved into a family tradition that we have maintained every year since.
As always, the bloopers are just as much a treasured part of our annual event as the winning shot. This year, we managed in just four tries.
