Alamo RC&D holds Senior Pantry, Valentine’s celebration
Alamo RC&D, Senior Assistance Program, sponsors the Senior Pantry every month, at The Way Church, 7789 FM 1283.
The next food distribution will take place Thursday, Feb. 8, noon to 1:30 p.m.
Applicants must be 55-plus and reside in Bandera County. Applicants may register at the door, or ahead of time online. New 2024 registration is required.
Covid-19 rules apply. First come, first served. Supplies limited. Each must pick up their own, if board permission is not provided.
Alamo RC&D also invites all registered members to a Valentine’s Celebration on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participants will enjoy a free catered lunch, door prizes, bingo with prizes, birthday celebrations, and a raffle. Come join the fun and fellowship at the Way Church.
Alamo RC&D seeks monetary donations for the purchase of food. Donors can help on the website: alamorcd.org. The organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit so all donations are tax deductible.
