Notice of Employment
The Bandera County Road & Bridge Dept. is accepting applications for Full-Time Truck Driver. Applicants must be able to (but not limited to): operate all vehicles, machinery, power/hand tools, be able to drive in all types of weather conditions, be able to lift up to 50 LBS frequently.
Position requires frequent sitting, repetitive foot controls, twisting, driving, performing manual labor when required, and occasional lifting. Starting salary is $15.52/hr., with excellent benefit package. Position requires high school diploma or GED and a valid Texas Class A Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement.
Applications and job description may be obtained at the Road & Bridge Department located at 289 Jim Haynes Dr. or on banderacounty.org under the Human Resources tab. Applications will be accepted Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00PM and will be accepted until 3:00PM April 16, 2021. You may return completed applications to the Road & Bridge Department or to the Human Resources/Auditor Office located at 1207A Pecan St, Bandera, Texas.
