The purpose of the Bandera County Convention and Visitors Bureau (BCVC) is to promote economic development in Bandera County by engaging in the general promotion of the tourism and lodging industry in Bandera County and to operate the county visitor center.
The Bandera County Convention & Visitors Bureau assists all organizations and businesses promoting hosted special events that are tourist friendly. The CVB posts events on its website, the Weekly Entertainment Guide, and social media sites as well as assists with flyer distribution
Businesses and nonprofit organizations hosting events with a wide regional, statewide, or international appeal that generate overnight tourism to Bandera County may apply for a “special advertising” grant from the Bandera County Convention & Visitors Bureau. All funds granted must be used for advertising/marketing.
