Sheriff candidates to square off in runoff election

Sheriff Dan Butts and challenger Josh Teitge are headed for a primary runoff election on Tuesday, May 28.
The first day of early voting is Monday, May 20, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Ray Mauer Annex, 403 12th Street, Bandera; the Lakehills Area Library, 7200 FM 1283, Lakehills; and the Medina Annex, 161 E. Parker St. Medina. The last day of early voting will be Friday, May 24.
The last day to apply by mail (received, not postmarked) is Friday, May 17.
